Our intimate restaurant with seating for 25, highly esteemed by hotel guests and day visitors, provides tradition at its best.

Chef Werner gained his experience at, among others, the renowned Excelsior Hotel Ernst in Cologne. He has remained true to one style, which in restaurant reviews is respectfully praised as "feinbürgerlich" (elegant home-cooking style). It goes without saying that seasonal specialities are served here.

The opening hours are from:

• Monday to Thursday 12:00h until 13:30h (only with a reservation)
  and 18:00h until 21:30h
• Friday day of rest
• Saturday 18:00h until 21:30h
• Sunday 12:00h until 13:30h
