The chef, Werner Spiegel, has experience working at the renowned Excelsior Hotel Ernst in Cologne, as well as at other venues. He has remained faithful to a style which, today, is often respectfully praised as “bourgeois” (fine traditional cuisine) in restaurant criticism. It goes without saying that seasonal specialties also have their place here.

For groups of 10 or more, also open on Saturday and Sunday at noon.

Mornings at the Hotel Spiegel begin with great friendliness and good service. Here, you will wake up to the smell of freshly-made coffee, which is served with delicious fresh rolls and a good breakfast egg. Maybe you’ve already had a wander through the Porzer Stadtwald?

We offer our guests our very special breakfast every day from 6:30 am to 10 am.

At the weekends and during public holidays we spoil you from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
